The founders of All.BT have more than 40 years of combined experience in sectors such as energy, chemicals, water and food.     Jeroen Tang

    Jeroen is an experienced project manager with a focus on greenfield and brownfield projects in the (petro)chemical sector. He combines strategic insight with a structured and direct approach. Efficiency improvement, risk management, and stakeholder management form the core of his work. With an eye for safety and a proactive attitude, he manages teams in a goal-oriented manner. Jeroen excels at translating strategy into action and is known as a communicator who inspires confidence, both within and outside the organization.

    Roel Zwagerman

    Turnaround &  Projectmanagement

    Roel is a driven and solution-oriented professional with a broad background in the oil and gas industry and has been active in the recycling sector for the past three years. His expertise lies in turnaround and project management, where he excels in managing complex processes. Thanks to his no-nonsense mentality and proactive attitude, Roel feels most comfortable outside his comfort zone, where he makes a difference with perseverance and team spirit.

    Marcel is a driven and proactive purchaser with a passion for negotiating and optimizing purchasing processes. With extensive experience, he combines practical and technical insight with a strong focus on cost savings and collaboration. He derives energy from sharing his knowledge and delivering added value for people and organizations. Marcel is enterprising, flexible, and solution-oriented, and is known for his decisive and inquisitive approach.

    Vincent Bakker

    Project & Interim Management

    Vincent is an ambitious project and interim manager with experience in the (chemical) industry. His focus lies on approaching assignments in a structured manner and pursuing efficiency and effectiveness improvements. With his background and expertise in Lean Six Sigma, he is highly driven to identify the root cause of problems and resolve them. His leadership style is service-oriented, with strong relationships and mutual trust forming the foundation of success. Thanks to his coaching background, he is well equipped to guide complex change processes to a successful outcome.

    Marick Grummel

    Junior work planner

    Marick is a curious and dedicated professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. During his studies and the renewed, practice-oriented curriculum, he worked on business-related projects for various organizations, gaining valuable experience in analyzing business processes and preparing advisory reports. He recently started working as a junior work planner, contributing to the construction of a new high-voltage substation. With his analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality, he actively supports the smooth execution of technical projects. Marick thrives in dynamic environments where teamwork and personal growth are key.
