All.BT was founded by Christian Bos and Jeroen Tang. Two driven entrepreneurs with a can-do mentality, result-driven and a focus on the interests of the client. The client comes first, that is our motto. We see ourselves as strategic partners of the management team. The founders of All.BT have more than 40 years of combined experience in sectors such as energy, chemicals, water and food.     My strength lies in connecting organizations and people. Analyzing, linking and using information is what I do. I am enterprising and enjoy solving (complex) issues. Always looking for unique performance and innovative solutions.     Jeroen Tang

    Project & Interim Management

    My expertise lies mainly in the field of project management. With a special focus on Green and Brownfield projects within the ( petro )chemical sector. I also have a lot of experience in restructuring business processes and the contracts that go with them. Improving efficiency is always my goal. I am driven and results-oriented. Projects are successful because I am able to manage a team well. With passion and enthusiasm for the work. With a good sense of potential risks and a proactive attitude, I intervene in a timely manner when necessary. I can translate business strategies into concrete action plans with a strong focus on scope, costs, schedules and stakeholder management.

    In addition, I am a team player with a clear focus on safety who also keeps others focused on this crucial aspect. A strong communicator , self-confident, proactive and ambitious. My enterprising, structured and direct approach contributes to success in working with multidisciplinary teams and building strong relationships. Both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
